This is Riku from Kingdom Hearts, with slightly different apparel based from the Final Fantasy XIII game. In actuality, it was supposed to be another RP character based on Riku, but it did end up looking very much alike, so I thought I'd just post it this way.
The keyblade was not designed by me, but is a color swapped and slightly modified version of Phoenix Trooper's "Foward Onto Dawn." If you're looking for Keyblades, check him out.
